  • Wednesday 20:00 Innerlijke Kracht yoga (Dutch-spoken)
  • Friday 9:30-10 Flow yoga (Dutch-spoken)

Alya’s yoga background

Teaching yoga since 2012. My training and inspiration in yoga come from the following sources:

  • Flow Yoga (Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow Yoga)
  • Yin Yoga
  • Fusion Hormone Yoga
  • Well Woman Yoga Therapy (Yoni Shakti / Womb Yoga)
  • Facilitating women’s circles

In teaching classes, I like to take time and pay attention to details, tuning into the needs of the group. Creating a safe and friendly space for self-connection is a priority for me. I strive to stay true to the following values: integrity and authenticity, care and self-care, respect and self-respect.
